How To Sell Your Home For MORE!

Ever been looking at a new place to rent and it looked god awful?

The pictures look like someone was running around the house quickly snapping pics of every room.

The exterior looks like they haven't discovered this house yet.

The doors are faded, miss coloured, oooold colours, kind of looks haunted.

Window frames are green, closer to grey than white, last touched 35 years ago.

Then you see the price - £3000 a month

No.

No way.

THREE THOUSAND POUNDS!?

Scroll on. Forget it.

Now you see the same exact house design, same exterior, same EVERYTHING.

But the exterior.

The doors.

The windows.

The doors are newly sprayed, perfect colours to match the house, no scratches no nothing.

Just quality.

Now you see the price - £3500 a month.

Okay.

I'd pay £4000 for the way this place looks.

I've got to get in touch before this place is gone.

And this picture below is the difference between a £2000 a month place where the tenants complain every time they come home.

And a £3500 a month place that is listed for a week and the tenants want to extend their agreement by 3 years.

This is one of the many reasons UPVC respraying is now used by 99.4% of home owners in the past 2 years.
